Comments and Complaints
The OSFC aims to provide a high level of service and investigates complaints about service received at any stage of the OSFC review process. We will look at what went wrong, correct this wherever possible and take steps to avoid it happening again.
Customers who are unhappy with the Inspector's decision or the service they receive should contact the Office Manager directly either in writing (contact details below) or by using our online enquiries/comments/complaints form. We would also welcome any comments you may have about our website.
The Office Manager will :
- listen to what customers say
- investigate any concerns raised
