  Workshops and Training

We also offer practical and informative advice about the Social Fund procedures and the review process to Applicants' Representatives and the Social Security Agency.

One of the ways this information is delivered in the form of workshops.

Workshops are:

  • Free of charge
  • Delivered at a venue of your choice
  • Designed for a minimum of 6 people
  • Delivered to either Social Security Agency or Applicant's Representatives or can be held jointly
  • Usually designed to last either a half or a full day
  • Participative
  • Designed to meet a range of needs

We currently offer 3 different types of workshop. However, if you are interested in a particular subject, we can normally tailor a presentation to meet your needs. The aim of these workshops is to share our expertise to help provide a greater understanding of the subjects covered. We use practical examples and discussion to enable advisers to help their clients effectively and for Decision Makers to reach the right decision.

  • Provides information about the review procedure to enable advisers and representatives to give the right advice to their clients
